Cancellation and Refund Policy

This website, www.knowledgetreasures.com, and the Knowledge Treasures apps are owned and operated by Knowledge Treasures LLP (LLPIN ADC-6550), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at 14/727, Ekkaparamba, Thadapparamba, Kuzhimanna, Ernad, Malappuram 673641, Kerala, India. In this policy, “Knowledge Treasures”, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Knowledge Treasures LLP.

Try before you buy

Every package has free material you can open before paying, with no account needed. Please try it, and read the product page, so you know exactly what you are buying.

No cancellation

Our products are digital and open the moment your payment succeeds. Because of this, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete.

No refund for a change of mind

We do not give refunds because you changed your mind, did not use the product, bought the wrong package, or did not get the result you hoped for in an exam.

When we do refund — in full

• You were charged twice (or more) for the same order. We refund every extra payment.
• You paid but never got access, and we are unable to fix the problem for you. We refund the full amount.
• Money left your account but the payment failed. Your bank or Razorpay usually returns this automatically within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us and we will sort it out.

How to ask for a refund

Email sales@knowledgetreasures.com or WhatsApp +91 85929 88081 with the email address you paid with and, if you have it, the payment ID from Razorpay's receipt. Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account you paid from within 5–7 working days.

Help with access

Any trouble getting in or using your app, message us — a real person replies, usually within an hour during working hours. Most access problems are fixed the same day.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website, buy a product or use our apps, why we collect it, and your rights over it. It is written to meet India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using our website you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and phone number.
• Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID, amount and whether it succeeded. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
• Your account: your email address and sign-in method (password or Google). Passwords are held by Google's Firebase sign-in service, never by us in readable form.
• How you use the apps: tests taken, answers, scores, time spent and your settings, so the app can show your progress.
• Technical information: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, and the pages you visit and when.

Why we use it

• To take your payment and give you access to what you bought
• To send you your access link, receipts and important account messages
• To answer your questions and fix problems
• To keep accounts safe and stop shared or misused logins
• To improve our questions, notes and apps
• To understand how well our advertising works
• To keep records the law requires (for example, tax and accounts)

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal information. We share only what each service needs:

• Razorpay — to process your payment.
• Google — Firebase (sign-in and storing your account and progress), Google Workspace (sending our emails) and Google Analytics (counting visits).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — to measure our adverts. Your email and phone number are sent only in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back.
• Vercel — the company that hosts our website.
• Government or law-enforcement bodies — only when the law requires it.

Some of these services store data on servers outside India. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings, count visits (Google Analytics) and measure adverts (Meta Pixel). You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as staying signed in, may then stop working.

How we protect it

All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your purchases and progress are stored with Google's Firebase, protected by access rules, and only authorised people at Knowledge Treasures can see customer records.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you have access to a product — most of our products are lifetime access — and payment records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete everything except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your account and personal information (deleting it ends your access);
• stop any marketing messages;
• name someone to act for you if you are unable to.

Email sales@knowledgetreasures.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, write to our Grievance Officer (below).

Children

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase and agree to this policy for you. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent's or guardian's consent; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites, such as YouTube or Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.

What we sell

We sell digital exam-preparation material: practice tests, question banks with explanations, study notes and mock exams, used inside our web apps after you sign in. Nothing physical is sent to you.

We are independent

Knowledge Treasures is a private publisher. We are not connected with, approved by, or acting for the Kerala Public Service Commission, the High Court of Kerala, the Railway Recruitment Boards or any other exam body or government department. Exam names are used only to describe which exam our material helps you prepare for. Our material is made to help you practise; we cannot promise any particular result in any exam.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and the price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We may change prices for future purchases; this never changes the price of something you have already bought.

Your account

Enter your email address correctly at checkout — your access is tied to it. Each purchase is for one person. Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account. If we find an account being shared or misused, we may suspend it. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us straight away at sales@knowledgetreasures.com.

Our content belongs to us

All questions, explanations, notes, PDFs, designs and software are owned by Knowledge Treasures LLP and protected by Indian copyright law and international treaties. When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own study. You may not copy, screenshot in bulk, record, download by automated means, share, resell or publish any of it. Doing so may lead to your account being closed and to legal action.

Availability

We work to keep the apps available at all times, but they may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We keep improving our content, so questions and notes may be corrected, added or reorganised over time.

Limit of our responsibility

We take great care over our material, but cannot guarantee it is free of every error. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or the law change. The new version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Using the website after that means you accept the updated terms.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be decided by the courts at Malappuram, Kerala, India.

Nothing is shipped

All our products are digital. There is no physical delivery and no delivery charge.

How and when you get your product

• Instantly: as soon as your payment succeeds, you are taken straight into your app, already signed in.
• By email within minutes: we also email your access link from sales@knowledgetreasures.com. If you don't see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
• On any other device: open knowledgetreasures.com/account and sign in with the email you paid with.

In the rare case you cannot get in within 24 hours of paying, contact us at sales@knowledgetreasures.com or WhatsApp +91 85929 88081 and we will fix it — or refund you, as our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains.

How long your access lasts

Products bought on this website come with lifetime access, including updates we make to that product. If a product ever has a fixed access period, it is shown clearly on its page before you pay.

Maintenance

We sometimes update the apps, which may make them briefly unavailable. We do this at quiet times wherever we can.
